Shipping & Returns

Local Delivery:

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched usually on the same day business day or in busy periods within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia

You have the option to select standard mail or express post. We recommend express post as you are provided with a tracking number. A $5 packaging fee is included to cover the costs of securely packaging your items and ensuring they are correctly padded for safe postage.

 Shipping time is 5 days from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this. If you have not received your item after 14 days of shipping please contact us.

Missing Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.

 Return Process

The andama.com.au warehouse will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Andama Designs will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse. Refunds will only be accepted
if items are damaged upon delivery or any conditions stated on product information. No refund will be accepted if an item is of the incorrect size due to a customer's error. 

Refunds will be issued by direct deposit, cheque or PayPal. Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic)
